We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you at your beautiful guesthouse, not only have you been welcoming and helpful but have provided us with good insight into many areas of life in south Africa. This has been our first visit to S.A. but definitely not out last, the country surrounding here is beautiful and have found the welcome warm & friendly everywhere. We have been so comfortable here our room was lovely! Banda & Janet have looked after us well and Banda has provided much in the way of philosophical musings which we have enjoyed. Once again to Martin & Anita you have made the first leg of our visit to S.A. effortless and really quite wonderful with your guidance on necessary sightseeing opportunities.

I had the time of my life in Cape Town but wherever you go it is important to have good accommodation. Thandekayo offered a homely accommodation that just made my Cape Town visit that much better. Wat ‘n verrassing om so vriendelik in so ‘n mooi huis ontvang te word. Alles was uit die boeke. Die Strelitzia kamer was voorwaar ‘n treffer! Thandekayo is a very, very, very beautiful house. When we arrived, we were so surprised how can we stay in this lovely house? Yes, it’s true. The Aloe room is very comfortable, with style I like so much. Breakfast is very delicious, I ate a lot. And the most important thing is Anita and Martin are very kind, they have a sweet family. We feel so lucky we can stay here. We hope next time we can stay again, and for more days. We love Thandekayo. We will remember forever we stayed here and have a perfect memory. We hope if they have a chance, welcome to visit Taiwan.

Both Nikki and I have enjoyed a truly wonderful time here. Two nights just weren’t enough and even after four it feels like we could stay much longer. This place is one of the best accommodations in SA!! The hosts are amazing people and very kind. Banda is like a father here and always asks you if you are ok and need anything. The view is amazing, the rooms are clean and the feeling is just like at home.
