The Leopard of Hout bay: Sculptured by Ivan Milford-Barbeton and completed in 1963, this sculpture was placed beneath the start of the Chapman's Peak Drive. It was his gift to the people of Hout Bay - a memorial to the leopards, last sighted in the area in the 1930’s that once roamed the village. Some say this is the Guardian of Hout Bay.
